My hunch is that you didn't. Though Mr. Quaid is certainly verbose, and the part about Karl Rove wasn't really pertinent to the whole situation, things he wrote were actually reasonable. I've handled insurance claims for a long time, and I get letters like this from people all the time. I certainly don't think the writers are mentally ill. They just want their point to be heard.
