His company is not making money like it used to his membership is down (no one buys dvd's when they can download for free), the company has been bleeding money for years, he doesn't know how to manage his own company(his top people stole from him), his company and profit has actually shrank in the last 2 years no matter what it claims on his website( there is no 200 employees).
