He carries a weapon just in case he needs it but he was busy building barracks and other buildings for the Iraqi army and training them in building, plumbing and electrical work. I talked to him every night, the only people over there that got any was one girl that was screwing an officer and the two gay guys. You seem to not realize that, although it is illegal over there, there is an abundance of porn and lots of men get photos of their wives. Even the single soldiers weren't screwing anyone out there (except the girl and officer). You have a seriously distorted view of what is going on there, it isn't some big orgy. It's not really a party place, they are working all the time - he worked 18 hour days every day. We don't know what they are alright with as a couple. Not everyone gets married with the same agenda, the same rules. Americans tend to turn a blind eye to the reality of life.
