Sorry, they either sue or don't. If they say that they are "Planning" to sue or "Looking into" suing, then it's just Hollywood B.S. Mary-Kate Olsen was "Looking into suing" when the magazines all said she was annorexic. Yeah, Mary Kate, how did that work out for you? With the Lawyers that Chris Martin could afford, if he was going to sue, they would have already sent out a cease and desist or tried to get an injunction against Star. The fact that they haven't done anything means their suing is bullshit.
