Wow, only in AMERICA are Black women labeled gold-diggers for seeking alimony and child support. She is his WIFE, not his BABY MAMA! Perez, when Caucasian women marry wealthy men and live well for the rest of their lives, do you post their extravagent demands on your website? NO! Sorry to inform you all, but spousal and child support is required by LAW (research any state law) in many divorce proceedings. If single Black women choose to struggle with their "Baby Daddies", then that's their stupidity. Kelis just wasn't stupid!

You, know I really don't get how the courts allow spousal support at all. Child support, yes, I understand that, a man should support his child, BUT I don't get how it is acceptable for women to expect a man to support them for the rest of their lives or until they remarry just because at one time they were married. I have a wealthy male friend who married a gold digger. She put him through hell for 4 years, had a baby by him, then left him and now gets $10,000 a month in child support and $5,000 a month in spousal support. She now lives comfortably due to the grand (in my eyes) payments she receives from him and never really has to work again even when the child turns 18 in 14 years. She has a new lover whom she will not marry due to the fact that she will lose her spousal support. This system needs to be corrected cuz it is BS. The rest of us normal women have to get jobs and support ourselves, so I don't understand why Miss Milkshake here can't get off her ass and get a job. Also, 55k a month is outrageous. She could support her baby and herself just fine on much less. She should stop looking for a handout.

Where do they pull these numbers from? This is why artists are so hush hush with money matters. These fools act like they are still living the rough life to sell records…That is nuts that he could afford 55k a week or a month and his kid doesn't need all that money either.
