She is being a jerk to her neighbors. Okay, she does not need to get up early, but maybe, JUST MAYBE, her neighbors consist of people who actually have to work in the morning? Have an elderly, sickly parent who cant take being up all night? Has a newborn who wakes up at everything? Neighborhoods have ordinances at what time to lower the noise. She could have gone around and told the neighbors and made friends first.
