I'm guessing that if he has all this money to redo over renovation's he has house employee's. As far as the parties go the neighbor's have a right to call police and they have a duty to up hold the law. Simon is damn lucky he isn't my neighbor. Secondly, the city of Beverly Hills requires a construction parking plan to be filed with the city, so all the cars are legally parked on the street. The driveway stone is expensive, and should not be driven over all day, every day by muddy trucks & overweight equipment. Workers have had to deal with complaining neighbors throughout, and can't even park in front of the house across the street, because the guy is so crazy about cars parked in front of his house--to the point that if a car is parked there with the windows open, he will SPRAY THE CAR/TRUCK INSIDE & OUT WITH HIS GARDEN HOSE! Yes, that really happened. Soooo...double check your sources. Gotta love gossip... Haha!
