Maybe - maybe not. If she finished her sentencing and completed all court orders and she is willing to provide a stable home she might get her back. A judge does not like to see the child away from their mother if possible. If the courts do rule in her favor she will be under a microscope from DCFS for a long time. If you notice the way this arrticle was written he isn't saying he will get custody or even is going to try to get it. He is saying he wants her evaluated and watched and checked out throughly. Just because she has tax problems is not enough to keep her from her child. As long as she provides for the child that is what the courts will look at of most importance. That's the way it is rather you or I or anyone else agree's. The judge can use some discretion but they still have to follow the law they can not make it up as they go along. Believe it or not they have guide lines and limitations they have to follow themselves.

So it was OK for him to sleep with a x-porn actress just not good enough to raise his child. I am NOT a fan of porn but he does seem a little hypocritical. I don't know enough about the background and/or drug use to really comment further.

first and foremost, she left the porn industry before she married mr sandra bullock. he has 3 other children from his first marriage that he barely sees. he knew what kind of job janine had before he married her. and let's also point out that james failed to pay taxes and was fined for many things associating with west coast choppers. he just threw janine under the bus so he could look like the good guy. and he left janine when she was pregos, janine never cheated on him. if youre going to call her names for being a porn star but hes a hero after he cheated on his wife, then obviously she has the better set of morals between the two of them. if the state thinks janine is such an unfit mother why dont they take custody of her son? obviously shes a good mom who never abandoned her child like jesse did. i see it as sandra bullock doesnt want a kid of her own and since jesse already has kids, well why not raise that one. less leg work. and sandra bullock is no angel. she is a home wrecker. she very well knew jesse was a married man! now janine is free from jail and no she doesnt do drugs you morons. not everyone in the industry does drugs. and if jesse thought she did, why not ask for custody when the baby was born? oh right cause u were riding the coat tails of sandra bullock and abandoned your baby! totally forgot. sunny should be with her mom janine. and i hope janine wins and gets jesse for alot of child support.

They are so hot together. Ok, seriously. Just becuase "they" think they are so much better then this kids mom, doesn't give them the right to keep them apart. Parents do it everyday in a civil manner. Joint custody works just fine.
