Billions are wasted trying to find a cure for a disease that is 100% preventable - that is wasted money that could be spent finding a cure for prostate, breast and other non preventable cancers. But, does it all really matter anyway....we are all going to pass away one day from our last disease regardless of what it is. The only question that matters is what is going to happen to you after you draw your last breath. If you don't know then you better find out! That is the only thing that matters in this life. Truth is absolute, no matter how much you run away from it or ignore it. You're denial of the Truth does not change the Truth. If you know the Truth, truely know it, then you would be living a different life...once you realize how wretched you are.
