Elizabeth IS well enough to take John to court, cheesemeister-- she travels all over the country to speak at different venues. Relative to the post itself the Edwards beach home is on Figure 8 Island, about 30 minutes from Wilmington, Wilmington is about 2 1/2 hours from Chapel Hill. So its not like this is in the "hood" or anything. Also, $6500 would be stupid to pay in rent for any size house is this market. At any rate John can afford to pay any amount. Thats not an issue.
