I have been at it but I will say this: at this point it is a civil matter and the courts are backed up. My guess is that this will be settled out of court at an un-disclosed amount of $$$ with limitations for both parties regarding the media circuit. Will probably be hush order from both clients in settlement if there is a settlement. Anyone can sue anyone but that doesn't mean one party or the other will come out ahead except us of course.
