I've seen news reports about how no water is going to growers because of some guppy like fish that the Enviromentlists have taken up the cause for. It's Ridiclous, net some out take them to a hatchery and start selling them to pet stores. Win Win</description>

Met him a couple of weeks ago at a rally trying to get water turned back on for the farmers here in the central valley of California.  No one seems to know what is going on out here but it's all to save a tiny fish called the delta smelt. Paul is trying to rectify the situation.  Do you want your food comming from China?  Turn the water on!</description>
