Pete's an amazing musician, and a total poet. sure, he's had issues with drugs, as the majority of the musical icons people have listened to for the last 50 years or more (jimmy hendrix, bob dylan, john lennon, jim morrison, kurt cobain etc etc etc) the only differance is the way in which the media are today, who thrive in destroying people and reporting soley on their personal lives rather than there talents and good qualities. Anyone thats bothere listening to a Libertines album, or simply reading an interview with Pete, will know that he's a talented, nice guy with a problem that he has been battling for years. that deosn't make him a bad person.
