This may be a suicide, but dying from drugs isn't a suicide unless you *intended* to die at that time. Even if you have a death wish and hope the drugs will kill you someday, it's not suicide unless you have specific intent to die at a specific time. A smoker who dies of lung cancer may have killed herself, but she didn't commit suicide.
