Trying to find someone to blame for all the fat kids/people in America, is just another scapegoat and it has not and will not solve anything. So instead of looking for people and reasons to blame obesity on, let's just forget why we got fat and go for a walk, then maybe take the stairs up to your office,...the maybe just add one spoon of butter to that receipe rather than the whole stick. Let's slowly start changing the way we look at food. One day a week, like sunday family dinners should be fully indulgent with the comfort foods and all the fixins and the rest of the week can be healthy and boring, but it will give you something to look forward to on Sunday. It;s no ones fault America is fat. No one is forcing you to go eat at McDonald's and no one is forcing you to get a burger instead of a wrap or salad when you there. It is our own choices that is making us fat. Please leave Paula alone, cause I love her and her damn good cooking. And Barbara, grow the fuck up. If Paula was trying to sell a shushi receipe book to the folks in the south it would not go well,...what the hell do you expect her to cook?? she is a southern girl...let her cook what she wants...and let the rest of America make their own dang choices.
