Wow, that sucks. It's "great" for Viacom, I guess. But, damn, 27 million people watched something that is of VERY, VERY little significance to their lives truly. This says multitudes of how our generation is just all a skimble skambled.

i watched it for janet jackson, but then i continued to watch it after kanye to see if anyone else would make an ass of themselves but i wished i would have changed it because lady gaga is weird and her performance was horrendous.

Ratings definately went up due to the Michael Jackson tribute and ThisIsIt trailer.
Michael Jackson's immense , out of this world talent is something very very rare

That's great, because the show SUCKED. It was flat and lack luster and not to mention corny as all hell. I tried to watch the whole thing, but decided I would rather go to the dentist.

Lawd, they need to do something to improve it, and stop banking on celebrities acting and looking mad stupid.

It was ONLY because of Miss Janet Jackson and the tribute for MJ and the airing of THIS IS IT trailer. I only watched for that and turned the shitt off when other were on stage.
