Why don't you or GaGa try to be, uhm shall I say "attractive: to others? You're both nice looking people who are afraid to reach for that accolade from others… I suspect because of deep insecurities with deep roots. Neither of you need to be oddities to garner attention because you each have a body of work worthy of admiration and respect… perhaps you'll both realize that you yourselves are also worthy of admiration and respect as people. Perhaps then you'll take off the masks and costumes.
