Outer Chelsea? What the fuck? Because there was shooting it's considered outer Chelsea now? Get real. People shoot in Chelsea just like they shoot on the upper eastside and Park Avenue. Might not happen as often but don't believe that Chelsea's cache is all that. I recall Chelsea when she wasn't such a pretty gayborhood.

When people see me I want them to see an AFRICAN AMERICAN/ BLACK female, it's part of who I am. It's important that I'm acknowledged and respected as such. However, I don't want them to only see my cultural/ethnic background, after awhile, I should simply be MarleyRai. Same with you Perez.
