Toddler or not. If she's out in public her Mother should have put clothes on her. I would never take my child out in public dressed like that. She's not a tiny baby for heaven sakes!

She is so freaking adorable and what I love about her is that she looks like a regular little kid, not some made up American Girl doll in over priced clothes that children simply do not need even if you can afford it. They dribble, spill, and wipe their hands on their clothes… Do they really need to wear Burberry for every day clothes? It's pretentious.

Jennifer Garner seems to know that being a parent is WAY more important than being a celebrity, making her one of the most grounded people in Hollywood. Lucky Violet–she will likely grow up to be very well-adjusted and happy! LOVE JG!
