Shes an amazing actress who she will play the role perfectly and I'm pretty sure Alan Ball knew that when he casted her. and idk why people are freaking out saying they wont watch the show because of her, dude its two fucking episodes get the fuck over it. whoever says she doesn't have talent obviously doesn't know what talent is. Do you honestly think she would get a role in a Woody Allen film if she wasn't talented? Anyone who's watcher her performance in "Pretty Persuasion" or "The Wrestler" can tell she has talent. and who cares if the character in the books was younger, The show is meant to be different and they cant get the perfect cast. Not to mention Pam in the books was turned to a vampire when she was just 18 and yet the Pam on the show looks much older than that and you know what? She still does a brilliant fucking job at playing her.
