i'm talking about people who LIE and smile while they do it and then act surprised about it when they are caught. i'm talking about daniel schuler whose wife killed 8 people driving the wrong way on a highway on the east coast and his scumbag lying defense attorney, dominic barbara (and yes, i'm ashamed to say he's a friend of the show) - and mostly i am talking about CASEY ANTHONY who murdered her child and her family who stand behind that murderer and support her DESPITE the fact that she cold-bloodedly murdered their grandchild and drove around with her body decaying in the trunk of THEIR CAR in the florida heat last summer.

If they fart in 2nd grade, believe me, someone will be there to interview about how potent it was. Is it fair? No, but that is how it is.

John Edwards was the greatest warrior this country had in the fight against poverty. Now he's been completely sidelined because of private conduct that affected roughly zero percent of the people for whom he was fighting. No one was more angry about the media's insistence on digging up dirt than Elizabeth Edwards, which she made quite clear in her response to the scandal breaking.

From her statement:

"This was our private matter, and I frankly wanted it to be private because as painful as it was I did not want to have to play it out on a public stage as well. … The pain of the long journey since 2006 was about to be renewed … I ask that the public, who expressed concern about the harm John's conduct has done to us, think also about the real harm that the present voyeurism does and give me and my family the privacy we need at this time."
