If the residents vote on legalizing the herb, they won't have to spend a nickel promoting tourism. They'll have to build more hotels.

Ugh. Im not trying to hate on cal or anything, but I've been here all my life and would like to move. Prefferably somwhere down south, like Lousiana. New Orleans has such an interesting heritage.
