WTF does Kelly's appearance, fat arms, etc. have to do with whether this idiot is making derivative works of himself? If she hired him to write for her then he was supposed to write for HER. Not copy whatever he did for Beyonce. Maybe its time for him to seek a fulfilling job in the fast-food industry if his creative juices are gone and this is the best he can do.
