sadly, that IS tara reid people…the even more sad thing about it? That shirt shes wearing in this picture she wore on the red carpet like ten years ago when she was relevant. that shirt is so ugly, it looked like art smock with sailboats on it and i remember her being ripped apart on worst dressed lists for it.
