Our immune system starts with the digestive system, so giving it a chance to rest and revive it with good nutrition (most easily assimiliated with juicing) is a great thing to do to our body. More than liekly, her mentioning of feeling lighter had to do with how you feel after relieving your system from all the stress of eating unhealthily for awhile... WHY oh WHY is this consdiered wierd, BUT eating processed 'food' made up of chemicals is normal and ok???? Think about it!
