I don't know the ins and outs of the case but I will say, not suicide as he wasn't intending to die, not homicide as he was not murdered by another person, it was accidental death as the result of sex games. It was up to him what he got up to, i'm sure the thought of you considering him a loser and not being able to watch Kung Fu or Kill Bill was not at the forefront of his mind.

So this Dr Baden…is he allowed to comment on a case that is ongoing? Unless he is not involved, and if he is not involved then he wouldn't be privy to any information or allowed access to David Carradine's body…so basically this is some guy who may not even be qualified who has made a comment based on nothing but vague guesses. Well worth reporting then. If they thought it was accidental death it would have been recorded as such and the case closed. this has nothing to do with Carradine specifically, but consider "He didn't die of natural causes, and he didn't die of suicide so that leaves…"

um…homicide? just sayin. only empirical reasoning, not a conclusion about Carradine. cause of death could be any of the four.

suicide is more purposeful and admirable, in my opinion; but it's nice to die while doing something you enjoy, as long as no one else is hurt
