If she is the true biological mom, then she has substantial legal rights. Isn't she a nurse? Both families should put their heads together to give these two children more people who love them. There is no reason why they couldn't do it together and support the children and each other. Three kids is a lot of work, and Grandma Jackson is no spring chicken; and I didn't see Janet or LaToya or the siblings jumping up to file for any kind of custody.

i pray to god that this woman does not get custody of those kids. where has she been all those years? if she really cared for and loved them, she wouldve never given them up for money! the kids should stay with their grandmother.

I pray Debbie gets these children. JOE JACKSON IS A MONSTER AND HE CONTROLS KATHERINE. SHE CANNOT SAVE THE CHILDREN FROM HIS CRUEL HAND!! Michael divorced Debbie when she could not have more children due to complications having the 2nd child. His reps pushed Debbie away as the kids enjoyed her company and Michael had to CONTROL ALL HIS POSSESSIONS!! His children deserve a NORMAL LIFE. They will not get it in the Jackson household. Katherine and Joe had a copy of the will BEFORE she went to court claiming there is no will. JOE AND HIS ATTORNEY MADE HER DO THAT. Joe wants all the profits from Micheal's sales now. Michael owned the house Katherine lives in. JOE BANKRUPTED HIS FAMILY

She's a douche! She took the money and bailed on her kids.
She doesn't know them and they don't know her.
She only wants them for the money that goes to whomever has custody!
I hope she loses,if she fights for them!
