I dont think you should ever turn someone away from a funeral- unless they raped or killed the person your mourning. Everything else is small fry!

Ryan O'Neal was a lousy father who beat his kids, once knocking two teeth out of his teenage son's head. He also did drugs with and encouraged alcohol abuse among his offspring. Ryan is no saint, notwithstanding his evident love for Farrah.

Ryan O'Neil will forever be famous for being a horrible father. Every one of his kids he was direcdtly involved with suffered and have long lasting problems. He does however have another son Patrick with an actress I cannot remember, but anyway, that is the only one who turned out well balanced, but he was never a constant in that child's life. My hats off to Patrick's mother who saw the writing on the wall and kept Patrick away from his father so he could have a normal life

Perez your such a stupid ass! Ryan is the one who was arrested for drugs AND did drugs WITH Redmond. Just days before Farrah died Ryan said Ive asked Farrah to marry me. WHen asked about the date he said "as soon as she can say yes (He laughed) right now she can only nod her head." WHAT A BASTARD! Griffin should have been allowed to attend her funeral. Usually when somebody we love dies it makes us appreciate our loved ones more. RUN GRIFFIN AND NEVER LOOK BACK!

Re: MaggyMay – Eventually, kids (or adults now) need to stop blaming their parents for being screwed up and take responsibility for themselves. I saw an interview with Tatum and she'll regret cutting off her dad - or maybe not. I get sick of hearing peeps blaming all their problems on their parents. Grow up.

RYAN KISSING A BLOND the night of Farah's funeral? Didn't you all see him in a backseat car/pix of him holding a blond kissing her romantically? It was on one of the entertainment shows. What an a-hole.
The only reason he wanted to marry Farah was to get her money .. thank god she was smart enough NOT to marry him.

People do bad things, there aren't bad guys and to call your own son a BAD GUY is not very nice. He should have been let in. If he caused trouble INSIDE, then that's one thing. They knew Griffin would be at the funeral cause he said he would attend months ago. Ryan O'Neal is no saint and knocked out Griffin's teeth many years ago. Call the kettle black….
