Hey! In the future when she's old and flabby and broke cuz she spent all her money on stupid stuff to satisfy her ego, someone can book her for a bunch of money that she is desperate to have, and she spends a bunch of in advance to prepare, and then they can cancel her engagement and leave her in the lurch. I would personally find that hilarious.
