They still sell out arenas around the world are one of the largest grossing tours when they hit the road. Sad to say but relevancy doesn't sell tickets. Springsteen, Stones, Aerosmith, Joel/John and Van Halen will always be huge as long as they can wheel them onstage. As for White Stripes being relevant? Not anymore really... Jack has moved on to a new band as the drummer. Van Halen may not be as relevant as the White Stripes anymore but one thing is for sure.
