I'm pretty sure he mentioned it a couple of times in interviews recently so that must be a reason there why Chace wants out. I don't know many guys who'd want to live with their mate and still be there when the girlfriend moves in. Also, read the Gossip Girl books, it would make it so much more obvious to understand Chuck and his sense of style and maybe it would stop the gay rumours about Ed.
