For those who are saying this was an "accident", wrong.
It was deliberately set up because there was alcohol involved, there was speed involved, there was one person not wearing a seat belt involved. This was nothing but negligence and stupidity. Nick Hogan should never have his license given back to him.
And doing "time" for Hogan was nothing. Think of that poor kid doing time for the rest of his life.

oh I get it. your a celebrity so basically you can do anyting you want. that includes causing a vehicle accident in turn placing someone in a permanent vegitative state. this kid should have been the load his mommy swallowed. when the eff is someone going to start making examples of celebrity felons instead of giving them 3 days in jail as publicity and sending them on their way. fuck this is frustrating
