In all reality, the chemo will not save him but may only make him sicker. Stage IV is very severe. Pancreatic cancer is almost never survived. As someone who worked with oncology patients, I have never seen anyone survive this type of cancer longer than about 1 year. Maybe he is still in the denial stage. Poor man I feel bad for him

He's so emaciated. I know someone who died of cancer and Patrick resembles how a person looks when time is running out. It's good that he's staying positive but it doesn't look good for him.

He is absolutely right! He is not out there pimping his cancer like Jade Goody or any other artists… he is a legend and National Enquirer is wrong by harrasing him and posting this pictures, that's totally disrespectful… I am sooo glad that he stood up for himself and issued an accurate and strong statement to put an end on those idiotic tabloids… Hope they will finally listen and leave him alone!

I feel sorry for Patrick but believe he will remain strong and stick around for quite a while.

The reason she is doing what she is doing while she still can is making as much money as possible for her 2 little boys who she'll be leaving behind.
