Surprised ArmPitt and Whorealina were ranked so high. Their movies usually don't do that well if they have the top billing, with the obvious "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" being the rare exception. Other than that, most filmgoers do not like them and avoid their movies. The only reason I went to see "Changeling" was because it had a neat, suspenseful story and it was directed by DA MAN, Clint Eastwood. Angelina was decent in the role but she pretty much played another variation of characters she has done in the past. And ArmPitt usually doesn't have to act - his characters are usually boring dimwits, just like him.

Curious Case of Benjamin is only just being released around the world. It is currently Number 1 movie in the world box office chart. But of course, the idiotic experts here know it all. All they know is US box office, as if the world cares about the useless Dollars!! Wanted was one of the biggest movies of 2008, Kung Fu was huge, Changeling did relatively well even in the US (lets face it, you all like brainless movies), it is only just know being released around the world and is doing box office business. Changeling is a drama not a blockbuster. These so-called nobody experts here make me laugh. Angelina brings in $15 for every pound she is paid. None of the other oscar nominated movies have done as well as Changeling and Benjamin Bratt.

[re=3423313]Re: justtfax[/re] Justtfax, "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" is going to do very well overseas. The film has just been released in the major overseas markets during the last three weeks (most recently, Japan). Overseas numbers aren't posted as quickly as domestic numbers, but this film is going to be HUGE overseas. Did you know that "Troy" didn't meet its production cost domestically (I think it barely made $120,000,000 in the U.S.) and yet it made nearly $400,000,000 overseas, not counting domestic gross?

Stevie, what glue are you sniffing? "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" has (as of February 9, 2009) made $194,919,964. worldwide. $120,000,000. of that gross is domestic. The production cost of the film was $150,000,000. The film may make, or come close, to that amount domestically. But even without the domestic gross, I predict the film will gross over $200,000,000 overseas.

This guy's at the top of the entertainment biz. And to think he passed up his OTHER career choice, which was to be a mathematician or engineer with a degree from MIT. Talk about gifted!
