If he didn't mean it, then why was he on the run for days after this happened? If he intended to pay and never meant to cause trouble, how come he hid out and warrants for his arrest had to be issued in Phoenix and a huge search by law enforcement ensued? What a liar. Is he going to reimburse the tax payers for those antics?
