Excuse me, but was Heather thinking when she put on that oversized hideous coat. I live in Northern Indiana where temperatures plummet below zero and never in my wildest dreams would I wear something that looked like that! You can wear something stylish and still be warm.

Not only is it ugly, but it is far too large for her tiny frame! Oh and they are in coats while their daughter is in shorts???
