Therefore, the phrase "Casey Aldridge, whom allegedly had been cheating," should read "Casey Aldridge, who allegedly had been cheating." If you wanted to use "whom" really badly, you could finagle a phrase like "Kelli Dawson, with whom Aldridge had allegedly been cheating," where "whom" marks the object of the preposition. Alternatively, you could use "whom" as a direct object, ergo the phrase "Jamie Lynn, whom Aldridge knocked up." Hope that clears things up for you.
