sounds like she might have a good case, especially if she had no idea what they where planning..what if jamie lynn had a crazy stalker waiting in the crowd of paps…the police where not guarding the decoy so it could have gone done very badly.
really though, all citizens are equal in the eyes of the law (supposedly) and the police are not supposed to knowingly put one person in harms way to save protect another. lapd needs to settle this and suspend the officers involved in this poor judgment call..
