I think there are two sides to this story. I cant imagine that a quote was not given, especially to a businessmna like Timbaland. I'm willing to bet that the Florist shop is playing a Madoff on him and jewing him out of his money. I bet an origibal quote was given and fees or extras were added on. Who ask for 25K worth of merchandise without expecting it. The article claims he looked at the bill as if it was a shock, meaning he didnt know it was coming.

I'd say CHEAP! We have a ton of hip-hop artist that are originally from my hometown in Virginia and they all own houses here (and built ones for their parents too). Timbaland didn't pay his mortgage on one house and it went into foreclosure. Instead of just paying the bill, he trashed the place and ripped out all of the fixtures and appliances.
