Although I do sometimes enjoy the store and there's nothing wrong with a celebrity buying something inexpensive to wear to an event, sometimes Forever21 makes REALLY convincing knockoffs of designer apparel. I once saw an exact replica in Forever21, made with much cheaper fabric (that's one thing I despise about that store...the clothes fall apart after 3 wears but it's a good place for a college student to get clothes to wear to bars and fraternity parties ;) !), of a designer dress that I own and bought in a boutique. That dress may or may not be from Forever21.
