I think this should be the list of "Celebrities Who are Overexposed for How Much Fame they DESERVE" because other wise Angelina Jolie, Jen Aniston and Madonna would be on the list too. All the pseudo-celebs on the list are wash-outs (except I do love Britney, most days). The others are crap and don't deserve the amount of celebrity that they've been somehow able to maintain.

Umm Miley actually works, she has a TV show, movie and a music career, although they aren't the best, she still has to go to work everyday. Paris, LC and Spidi do NOTHING!

i stay VERY on top of what's going on celeb wise–not as much as perez of course. lol
but ok..maybe its just me, but paris hilton has not really been in tabloids for bad things lately, i havent seen her on the radar lately at all! so why is she "overexposed?"
i feel like this has been a mellow second half of the year for her.
but idk…i think there are others that could have gotten that title.
