Also, I believe it IS important for the public to point SARAH PALIN'S spending habits out. Some of you say that you've donated to the McCain and Palin Campaign and that you don't care where they spend their money. Some of you say that being a Governor doesn't supply you with a "luxurious salary" and if you had the money handed to you, then you would do the same. I am a strong successful woman who makes a generous salary and I believe dressing for the part. However, $150,000 in six weeks is ridiculous. Her lack of better judgment on this issue or "opportunity" shows how she will decide how she spends our hard earned American dollars. She cannot even answer a question during a one on one interview properly. She constantly stumbles on her answers. Do you REALLY want someone like SARAH PALIN to step in as a leader for this nation? Imagine a life where their is economic crises, children who are not getting a decent education, and health cuts… OH WAIT, we're living this life NOW. And look how SARAH PALIN spent YOUR money.

WE NEED A LEADER WHO IS TRULY OUT THERE THINKING OF SOCIETY RATHER THAN BEING SELFISH AND THINKING ABOUT THEIR WARDROBE.

Sure, this issue may have been blown a little out of proportion but it is definitely concrete evidence of SARAH'S idiotic judgment and consideration for THE PEOPLE in her nation.

you'd think for someone who spends 150,000 on her wardrobe she'd put they to good use. i dont see it. it would be understandable if she dressed like jackie kennedy, who we all know had great fashion sense

I think there is such a double standard when it comes to McCain/Palin. The Obama supporters are trying to find anything and everything to make these two look bad. What about some REAL issues. I am sorry but Palins wardrobe budget is not even comparable to Obama's philosophy of what government should be and God forbid we talk about his close relationships to some very shady people. No ofcourse that isn't relevant. Palin's wardrobe budget is much more important, than the character and agenda of Obama. Give me a break, the left can't get anything better than this?

Sorry Hasselback but I wouldn’t call that sexism…the thought of spending $150,000 on Palin’s clothes are totally absurd. It actually wouldn’t have been so bad if it wasn’t money from the RNC and it’s also hypocritical that this woman claims to be in touch with the average American person yet their nothing average about shopping at Neiman Marcus and Saks.
