Stephen Colbert was at New Deck Tavern a couple months ago on UPenns Campus. He was extremely rude to people that wanted to meet him. The second he walked into the bar he turned on his TV show and was a douche. Let me know if you want pics. I have many, that BitCH! P.S. No one in Philadelphia gives a shit about him.
