He is 'addicted' to the excitement/danger from public sex and street drugs.The fact that he is a celeb makes it even more exciting for him.Not hurting anyone really except perhaps putting himself in some real danger and damaging his voice with the dope,but thats his choice.I dont think his fans care that much,they just hope he is ok and careful.
