When my husband died, under very tragic circumstances, he was mentioned on the news and in the newspapers, but, the information was given to the press by way of the Police Dept. and DNR. When the reporters called ME and asked me for an interview or statement....I politely told them "No"...and hung up the phone. To disrespect my husband and family, for publicities sake, would have been simply horrendous.
