Who, btw. was on her honeymoon with another extremely weathly (but not as rich as Jerry) man, when they met. Aparently she forgot she had just gotten married, & thought she was at a square dance? Change Partners!!

Jerry is using a lawsuit previously filed against him as a basis for this one. Turns out that George Costanza is a real person in name (Mike Costanza) and persona. Seinfeld actually won in court, because among other things the court held that satire is excluded from the right to privacy under the NY civil rights statutes. I guess he believes that anything he says is above the law because he's "funny". Hopefully he doesn't get away with it this time!

i agree his wife is a total hatchet face jewish american princess. what a JAP and a fugly one at that .. and no even IF she weren't jewish i'd say that because that is exactly what she is. marries a rich guy, gets his fancy gym membership. meets jerry like DAYS later , dumps her brand new poor husband for jerry. ugly hatchet face (borrow that term from someone else on here - loved it - don't sue me I hope they both lose and have to pay out the ass to the woman who was ripped off. loved the comment that hatchet face does not know her way around the kitchen in any of her mansions. Jerry Seinfeld is a has been. His wife couldn't come up with an original idea on her own so she stole one. And Jerry defends the thief by slandering her on national tv. Now he decides to sue her? What a tool!!! And by the way his new microsoft commercials coming out soon aren't going to help their sales well they could have in 1994. HAS BEEN!!!

The First Amendment doesn't apply to statements that the speaker knows are false and which he or she delivers anyway in order to disparage the affected party — that's slander, which Jerry is guilty of. Especially considering the fact that his shit-for-brains useless wife, who authored the book, DID steal the idea from Lepine — Lepine had previously written a recipe book about "hiding" vegetables in kids' food, and Mrs. Seinfeld blatantly ripped it off — meaning that he had a financial interest in knocking this woman's reputation. He deserves to lose the case, and hopefully he will pay out of his ugly ass. Jerry has never been funny — he was lucky enough to ride on Larry David's coattails for ten years and get all the credit for David's writing. Everyone who has worked with him says he's an arrogant prick. Now we have proof.
