DY's reps logic doesn't pass the sniff test. McCain had locked up the nomination long before the PR primary. Oh wait, the Republicans don't have a PR primary. Why in the world would he get an endorsement from DY in AZ as opposed to, oh, NY where there is a HUGE population of Puerto Ricans?
