My body bounced back from everything I did at that age too. The younger you are when you have birth, the more likely it is that your body will go back to normal ASAP. And as for people saying "if you were fit before you'll be fit after!," just because it was true for YOU that doesn't mean that's the case for everyone else. A lot of women find it very difficult to lose their baby weight regardless of how big they were before the baby. It changes your metabolism. Uhhhh hello? She is 16.
