wow, as a history nerd and total geek this is (tragically) one of the most exciting things Perez has shared (although I love the dirt too!) Fans should def read "Players" by Bert Fields (yes, Tom Cruise's attorney). I attended a lecture he did w/ actors from Shakespeare theatre and it was amazing. He gave a very compelling case for who the "real" Shakespeare was although I don't think that controversy will ever die. Good stuff….thanks for sharing PH!

SOOO NEAT! i studied shakespeare in high school and still am in college. my twelfth grade AP english teacher was obsessed with him, so we learned all about the history! it paid off though, because when we went to London and Scotland she took me to Middle Inner Temple, the site where Shakespeare himself performed in Twelfth Night for Queen Elizabeth 1, my favorite monarch. It was the most amazing experience ever. ROCK ON!
