I don't know about the stores - can't see how Ms Parker would be to blame, since the store existed before her "line" did. Speaking of … the clothes ("Bitten") were crap. They only worked when she mixed them with many-thousand dollar other pieces. Which about 1% of The Rest Of Us can afford to do….

the company is going bankrupt because of STEVE and BARRY the actual people. they are selfish a-holes who think that telling their corporate office employees that "everything is just fine" and that "they are just going through a rough time" is pure and complete rubbish! why do you think the company hasn't gone public yet? in order to do that your financial records must be transparent…and they cant do that…or else they can kiss their trophy wives, fancy new cars and off shore accounts good bye!!
the people that are going to suffer THE MOST will be the corporate office employees, the india & china offices, and MOST importantly…all the employees out there in the stores. start looking for new jobs ppl while you're still getting a paycheck…cuz it wont last for long. get out while you still have a chance to bounce back with another job offer. all payments are halted in the corporate office…your paychecks could be next!!!!
